Originally from South Africa, Chef Samantha blends international inspiration with local ingredients to create food that tells a story—one rooted in culture, history, and connection. Simply Red offers an array of experiences, including pop-up dining events, private catering, and immersive international food tours.
Each service reflects a passion for authentic flavors and meaningful gatherings. Chef Samantha’s catering and consulting services feature custom menus designed to accommodate a variety of dietary needs, from gluten- and dairy-free to anti-inflammatory and holistic approaches, all while showcasing fresh, regionally sourced ingredients and bold spices.
The company also offers culinary consulting, cooking classes, kitchen refresh sessions, and product development for businesses seeking creative direction. Simply Red’s Culinary Adventures extend beyond the kitchen, leading small-group food tours to destinations such as Mexico, Sicily, South Africa, and the Republic of Georgia—each trip an exploration of cuisine, culture, and community.
