Welcome to Pauly's Burgers Fries Gelato, where we take the ''burger and fries'' experience to a new level- it's called freakin' delicious!

It all starts with us grinding premium farm-to-table meats in-house for our famous #SmashBurgers, which include 100% Heritage Black Angus, 100% Full Blood Japanese black Wagyu, and pasture-raised heirloom chicken. We go from great to - ''Oh my goodness!'' by placing our gourmet burgers on a toasted brioche bun accompanied with cheese and your choice of fresh and flavorful toppings.

Add a side of fresh hand-cut French fries with your choice of 5 house-made fry dipping sauces, one of our craft canned beverages, beers & cocktails, and enjoy one of our authentic Italian gelato flavors in a homemade waffle cone from the gelato scoop shop.
