At Pauly’s, it all starts with grinding premium farm-to-table meats in-house for their famous #SmashBurgers, made with 100% Heritage Black Angus, 100% Full Blood Japanese Black Wagyu, and pasture-raised heirloom chicken. Each gourmet burger is served on a toasted brioche bun with cheese and a variety of fresh, flavorful toppings.

For breakfast lovers, Pauly’s also offers hand-pattied farm-fresh sausage, delectable pastries, and specialty coffee drinks to start your day right.

Pair your burger with hand-cut French fries and choose from five house-made dipping sauces. Enjoy a craft canned beer or soda, and top off your meal with a scoop of authentic Italian gelato in a homemade waffle cone from the gelato shop.
