About Us

With a strong background in marketing and brand development, Beth Martin brings both creativity and strategy to every real estate transaction. Before moving to Eureka Springs, she helped grow two small companies into national brands—Acorn Media and Gaiam—sharpening the skills that now serve her clients so well.

Drawn to the charm and character of Eureka Springs, Beth relocated from the Washington, D.C. area in 1999 and quickly embraced life in the Ozarks. She was among the first to work remotely from the area, managing nationwide contracts while enjoying small-town living. Today, she’s passionate about helping others find their own place here, acting as the trusted “eyes and ears” for buyers and matching sellers with the right new owners who will appreciate their homes and the community.

Beth works alongside her husband, Jimmy Smith, who brings more than three decades of construction experience to their real estate partnership. Together, their combined insight and local knowledge give clients a comprehensive advantage whether buying or selling in Northwest Arkansas.
