Ozark Mountain Daredevils with special guests Black Oak Arkansas
The Ozark Mountain Daredevils will perform at the historic Eureka Springs City Auditorium on Friday, April 22 at 7:30 p.m. featuring special guests, Black Oak Arkansas. Formed in 1972, the Ozark Mountain Daredevils are best known for their hits "If You Want to Get to Heaven…" and "Jackie Blue," but their music is steeped in Ozark folk. The Daredevils were born and bred in the Ozarks. From their humble beginnings at the New Bijou Theater in Springfield, Mo., and first playing Eureka Springs in 1973 at the Ozark Mountain Folk Fair, the Daredevils went on to play around the world with acts like The Beach Boys, Eric Clapton, Fleetwood Mac, and The Doobie Brothers. Southern Rock legends, Black Oak Arkansas formed as a group of high school pals getting together to form a band. They’ve released several dozen albums–three of which became gold, one of which became platinum, and one gold single from the song, “Jim Dandy To The Rescue” Reserved tickets are $69 or $89, plus fees and can be purchased at https://tickets.thundertix.com/.
