Since joining Karsh-Hagan Madden in 2021, Dylan has focused on creating engaging online experiences that get cited with AI experiences and rank well within search. With 9 years of experience optimizing digital properties for SEO, user experience, and increasingly GEO, Dylan actively explores the evolving needs of search and LLMs, while regularly sharing insights at industry events, including ESTO, state conferences for Idaho, Washington, and Wyoming, as well as leading workshops and webinars for groups like One West Tourism Alliance. Based in Brooklyn, NY, Dylan collaborates closely with DMOs across the country, including Visit Eureka Springs, helping them better connect with their audiences online within this new world of AI-forward search. When not trying to convert everyone into becoming SEO evangelists, you'll likely find Dylan drinking way too much coffee, hitting the beach on Coney Island, or telling people about his favorite little town in the Ozarks.
