Are you interested in serving your community through elected office? Join us for this free workshop designed to help current and prospective candidates understand the process of running for office and building a successful campaign.
As Eureka Springs prepares to elect a Mayor and City Council members this November, this workshop offers an opportunity to learn how local leadership works and how you can become involved in shaping the future of our community.

Explore practical campaign strategies, voter outreach, messaging, volunteer engagement, and other tools for running an effective campaign.Featured Presenter: William "Will" Watson
Will Watson is an Arkansas-based entrepreneur, strategist, and investor dedicated to building businesses and strengthening communities across the region. He is the Founder and Principal of Hillscout Strategies, LLC, where he helps organizations lead, build, give, and grow through strategic planning, business development, and community engagement.
Watson currently serves as a Partner at Watson Brothers Investment Corporation and previously served as a campaign strategist and community leadership consultant. He also held leadership roles at Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art, focusing on development and membership engagement. Drawing from experience across the nonprofit, political, cultural, and private sectors, Watson brings valuable insight into leadership, civic engagement, and campaign success.
This event is free and open to the public. Whether you're considering a run for office, interested in civic leadership, or simply want to better understand the electoral process, all are welcome to attend.
