27th Annual Eagle Watch aboard Belle of the Ozarks October 14th, 15th, 16th, 2016 from dock in Starkey Park Located at 4024 Mundell Rd., Eureka Springs, AR 72631 Departures at 11am & 1pm (closed Thursdays) Reservations recommended to insure seating: 479-253-6200 October brings on the brilliant fall foliage in the Ozarks, a perfect backdrop for photographing the Bald Eagles on Beaver Lake. Eagle Watch participants will receive handouts regarding their habitat and features. They will also cruise into some of the best areas to sight our National Bird. Expert guides help locate the birds along the shoreline where they perch. The raptors soar over the pristine water hunting for fish or migratory ducks and small mammals in the Ozark woodlands. Arial displays are amazing, especially when they lock talons and tumble through the air. See nests located on the North end of Beaver Lake where fledglings are being raised successfully.
