Al Jardine, founding member of The Beach Boys, brings The Pet Sounds Band to the Eureka Springs City Auditorium on Sunday, September 20 at 7:30 p.m. for a night celebrating 60 years of Pet Sounds and the music of the late Brian Wilson.Expect all the hits — “California Girls,” “Help Me Rhonda,” “I Get Around,” “Wouldn’t It Be Nice,” “Sloop John B,” “Surfin’ USA,” and “Fun, Fun, Fun” — plus deep cuts from the Love You album and rare 70s tracks. The Pet Sounds Band was personally assembled by Brian Wilson and features Al’s son Matt Jardine, whose Brian Wilson-like vocals bring “Good Vibrations,” “God Only Knows,” and “Surf’s Up” to life with stunning authenticity.Al was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1988 and has spent more than six decades playing these songs around the world. This is one of those nights you’ll talk about for a long time.
