About Us

Arkansas Rehabilitation Services/Workforce Connections is a state-operated workforce development division dedicated to empowering Arkansans with disabilities to achieve meaningful employment and greater independence.

As part of the Arkansas Division of Workforce Services, this program offers comprehensive vocational rehabilitation services, including career counseling, job skills training, assistive technology support, and placement assistance for individuals facing employment barriers due to disability.

Through an extensive network of field offices and partnerships across the state, Arkansas Rehabilitation Services connects clients with the resources, education, and support needed to pursue high-demand careers and sustain long-term workforce participation.

In addition to direct rehabilitation services, Workforce Connections integrates employment programs for job seekers and employers, enhancing access to training, job readiness resources, and employment opportunities throughout Arkansas.
