We're hiring for one experienced part-time housekeeper to join our team. Responsibilities include:

Hours: cleans occur between guest check-out and check-in, which is typically between 11am-4pm Monday-Friday. Option to work weekends and evenings when we are short staffed or do not have a same day rental turn (NOT required).

Pay: $15-25/hour depending on experience. Max of $50 per clean for smaller properties (est. between 1-2 hours to clean), $100 per clean for largest property (est. between 2-4 hours to clean). We do not pay for drive time or gas.

Property size: Range from 300 sq. ft. to 1,000 sq. ft. 

Location: We have 3 properties in Eureka West on Beaver Lake (near Mundell Road / 20 minutes from downtown), and 2 downtown Eureka Springs properties.

Responsibilities include: 
* Cleaning full kitchen, living area, bathroom, bedroom, patios, BBQ grills, hot tubs, cleaning exterior patio furniture and leaf blowing
* Washing laundry, folding & placing towels, making beds
* Stocking guest items: hygiene products, cooking supplies, coffee station, guest gift baskets

Skills and Requirements:
* Have a reliable vehicle and show up on time
* Have experience cleaning short term rentals and staging for guests to walk in to a sparkling clean home with linens, kitchenware, furniture, and other items in home carefully placed
* Attention to detail - ability to catch and document missing or damaged items, notice and clean the finest details such as  stains, hairs, and dust; adjust lights, temperatures, and ensure appliances and grills are off
* Reputation and recommendations from customer reviews, references, or other sources
* Cleaners must bring their own preferred cleaning products. Essential cleaning products are provided such as glass cleaner, grill cleaner, stainless steal cleaner, all-purpose spray, vacuums, mops, leaf blowers, hot tub chemicals
