About Us
Gaskins Cabin Steakhouse is built around a historic two-room log cabin, originally constructed in 1864 as the home of John Gaskins and his family. Serving as a private residence for over 120 years, the cabin transformed into a restaurant sometime in the mid to late 1980s. Since 2008, Lisa Provencio-Jones has proudly owned the restaurant, making her the longest-tenured owner in the cabin’s history.
Lisa invites guests to experience the unique ambiance of Gaskins Cabin Steakhouse, where oven-roasted prime rib takes center stage and hand-cut, char-grilled steaks are classic favorites. Lisa and her team look forward to serving award-winning dishes in this historic setting. Guests are encouraged to make a reservation and savor a memorable meal in one of Eureka Springs’ treasured landmarks.
