Admission: Free and open to the public

Candidates running in contested primary races for Carroll County, local offices, and state legislative seats in the March 3, 2026 Primary Election have been invited to participate in a public meet-and-greet forum.

Each candidate will have approximately 20 minutes at the microphone to introduce themselves, respond to a few basic questions, and answer questions from members of the audience. This forum provides voters an opportunity to hear directly from candidates and engage with them prior to Election Day.

This pre-election forum is sponsored by the Advocacy Committee of the Greater Eureka Springs Chamber of Commerce.

Invited candidates include those running for:

• State Senate District 28 (R): Senator Bryan King, Bobby Ballinger

• State Representative District 06 (R): Justice Hunter Rivett, Cody Rogers, Steven L. Baird

• Carroll County Judge (R): Dianna G. Baird, David Writer

• Prosecuting Attorney District 19-East (NP): Tony Rogers, Robert Beau Allen

Important Voter Information:
This is a party-specific primary election. Voters wishing to change their party affiliation to receive the correct ballot must contact the Carroll County Clerk prior to Election Day and select a Democrat, Republican, or Optional ballot.
