During this class the main props is your chair where we are able to flow through movements that are required for a healthy upkeep in one?s life. This 45-minute class is for all levels and will combine benefits of proper breathing, balancing, stretching and strengthening, all while using a chair. Work on fun balance poses, where modifications are available for all levels. Our goal is to combine new moves with old classics to keep you moving throughout your day and life.
