Celebrate the release of the year’s first French vintage with a little Ozark flair! On Thursday, November 19, Gaskins Cabin Steakhouse will present a special four-course French-Ozark prix-fixe dinner featuring three curated wine pairings, including the 2026 Beaujolais Nouveau harvest.
Guests can enjoy selections including Ozark-style frog legs, wild mushroom & mountain cheese tart, KC Strip with huckleberry butter, crispy duck breast, and decadent French-inspired desserts.
