Held at Big Clifty Park\, this unique outdoor class combines stand-up paddleboarding with a rejuvenating one-hour yoga session\, led by certified instructor Amie Smethers. Amie is RYT-200 certified and trained in both Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga and Yoga4Sobriety.\n\nAmie's classes create a safe and welcoming environment for all levels\, blending Eastern philosophy with modern neuroscience. Her thoughtful instruction helps students connect with the healing properties of water\, breath\, and movement.\n\nNo paddle experience? No problem basic skills are demonstrated as needed. Equipment is available for rent\, or you can bring your own.
