The day concludes at 1:00 PM.\n	\n	\n	Day 2: Begins with a Continental Breakfast at 8:00 AM\, featuring venue visits to explore local hospitality practices. Managers will simultaneously attend the Management Breakfast\, focusing on 2025 strategies\, event planning\, staff training\, and customer service best practices.
