Come by any time during those three hours to enjoy cookies and milk\, take a photo with Santa and learn more about the signs and symptoms of a stroke. Also at the event\, the Carroll County Youth Rotary Literacy Foundation will be available to sign children up for the Imagination Library program\, which provides a free book by mail every month for children from birth to 5 years old.
